Christmas in July...
Ok, this is an update to my original post.
I have already purchased the crayon wallets for all three kids. My mom bought organizing shelves for both the kids, but we would still like to have a toy box or two for the larger stuff.
Emerson will be wearing 4T pants, 3T or 4T shirts. He still has alot from last year that will still fit, but he needs some short sleeve undershirts. Just plain T-shirts. He really likes dinosaurs, and anything like batman, spiderman, superman. He also likes to have story books that come with cd's. He doesn't play with his train table that much anymore, but a new train or something might spark his interest again. Athalie likes to play with it too. They both like coloring books, we have plenty of crayons. Please no markers until Athalie gets a little bigger. He also needs a bicycle helmet.
Athalie will be wearing 2T pants and shirts. She does not have much that still fits from last winter. She loves anything pink (yuck). Both the kids could use new pajama's, (I would buys a size big for pajama's, they usually run too small). I would like Athalie to have a little radio for her room. Doesn't need to be something specifically for toddlers, I will put it on the shelf so she can have music or stories at night. She is really into Dora, and farm animals right now. Also, dress up clothes would be fun.
Both kids like puzzles. They would probably enjoy things like "Little People" by Fisher Price. Emerson has mentioned wanting that new Moon Dough farm thing. They would both like a pillow pet (I say both, they would be fighting if we only had one.
That is all I can think of for now. We have not bought anything yet, but if something needs to be taken off the list, I will make sure to update. Let me know if you bought something and you want me to let others know. Three sets of Grandparents, and lots of other family, I'll try to help you all not duplicate.

Here is a heads up for those of you who might be Christmas shopping for my kids.
I would like to have a toy box for each of their rooms. I have seen some good one's on craigslist. I don't care if they are new or not. Here is a pic of one that I really like.
If someone buys one, please let me know and I will relay to others that the item is off the list.
I would really like to get some educational toys. I am not really sure what, but I am going to try to start really working on school type stuff with Emerson. Organizational stuff would be ideal.
We are overloaded with toys right now and don't really need much, but we will need to start weeding out older toys, so if you do get toys, make sure they are durable. These two are really rough with stuff. Anything that does not require batteries would be good. I would like the kids to have some kind of mirror, they love to dress up and look at themselves, but they have to climb up to the bathroom sink and look into that mirror.
I am really interested in unique stuff. Etsy.com is a great place to find unique handmade stuff. I really like these ISPY Hide and Seek bags. Just click on the link and check them out.
Big floor puzzles are great too.
I'll let you know if I think of anything else.
Just found another idea on Etsy. Go to etsy.com and search for crayon wallets. Super cute fabrics. I think these would be great for waiting on anything. Dr office, restaurant, etc.
Check out this etsy site also. Custom Kid's

A moody child and wildly wise
Pursued the game with joyful eyes,
Which chose, like meteors, their way,
and rived the dark with private ray
They overleapt the horizon's edge,
Searched with Apollos privilege;
Through man, and woman, and sea, and star.
Saw the dancer of nature forward far,
Through worlds, and races, and terms, and times
Saw a musical order, and pairing rhymes.

Kiah's Birthday Party
On May 10th we drove to Chattanooga for our friends' babies first birthday party. Emerson had a great time. They had a baby pool and a slip and slide. Our other friend David was there with his twins. Daniel and Olivia played with Emerson in the baby pool. I think Emerson really liked having kids his size to play with.
Getting ready for more.

Chugga Chugga Choo Choo
Well, I have resurfaced. It has been a long time.
Emerson has recently found a love for trains. Choo Choo is his favorite word. That and he likes to quack like a duck. Todd and I took Emerson to see this train caboose. It is parked in Clemson University's botanical garden.

I have a Dora DVD for Athalie.
And a I spy bag for Emerson
Ok, Mom as already claimed the Pillow Pets.
Do they have those stories on DVD like we used to have when we were kids? Ethan would probably love those!
And I am going to look for some dress up clothes.
Corey, they have stories on cd if that's what you mean. I will look for one for Ethan. Also, my library has them you can check out. Your's probably does too.
Grandpa Crisp is buying toy boxes for the kids so scratch that from the list.
